How to tell us about a security vulnerability or an error in our AI labels.

If you have found a security vulnerability in MyAvatar, or an error in how MyAvatar marks AI-generated content, write to:

mogens@myavatar.dk

You can write in Danish or English.

A security vulnerability

Please include:

  • what you found and where (the page address or the part of the service it concerns),
  • how we can reproduce it, step by step,
  • what an attacker could do with it.

Do not use other people's data beyond what is needed to show the problem, do not change or delete data, and do not test in a way that slows the service down for others.

An error in the AI marking

MyAvatar marks AI-generated videos, images and audio: with a visible “AI-generated” label and with machine-readable information about where the content comes from (C2PA Content Credentials). Write to us if you see a file from MyAvatar where

  • the “AI-generated” label is missing or wrong,
  • the C2PA information is missing, wrong or does not validate.

Please include a link to the file or attach it, where you found it, what is wrong, and which tool you used to read the C2PA information, with its result if you have it.

Good to know

We have no bug bounty and do not pay for reports. Questions about your personal data belong on the privacy page, and other content you want to report can be sent through report content.
